The Chief Executive Officer, of PAVI FORTS Construction Company one of the outstanding companies in Sierra Leone Mr Alimu Barrie, has reacted to social media blackmail accusing him of having loan huge amount of money from the Kabala Community Bank.

He said the allegations are not only baseless, and unfounded but a clear plot by one Mr Joyor Barrie an APC operative to tarnish his hard-won reputation in the eyes of the public and his business partners, particularly the government who believe in him as a Sierra Leonean that is determined and focus on the development of his country.

“Nobody will distract me not even Joyor Barrie, who is always jealous of productive Koinaduguian. I will remain focused on what am doing for my country”, he said.

He said the loans they alleged were not taken by him but by some of his staff in Kabala who used his company as guarantors and the moment the issue was brought to his attention by the company manager in Kabala, he immediately settled the loan on their behalf, so why should people used that and politics to blackmail me and my company he asked adding that the issue is politically motivated. I don’t own Kabala Community Bank a cent and I have contacted my lawyer to take legal action against the bank and those blackmailers, he added.
